PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE TO EXISTING CUSTOMER




Major responsibility includes; Sales & Deposit Mobilization, Sales call to Customers, Cross Sell of Secured & Un-secured Assets, and Managing Marketing Team for the branch, looking after customer issues, resolving customer complaints, Customer Services, screening of new intakes.


Comprising of 3000 customers of the branch .My responsibilities to generate new business as well as monitoring of existing portfolio. I am managing a customer portfolio of liability base RS600 million appox (CASA) AND TDR AND ALSO MANAGE TRADE CUSTOMERS .
